Before I attended the training for Social Media, I must say that I was pretty confident that I know a lot regarding this matter. Being a professional blogger for a couple of years now, I thought blogging and a little of social networking are the only things that I should know about Social Media but I was dead wrong. At the start of the training and the course facilitator started laying out a gamut of different social media, I was quite stunned. I didn't know that I was living in dark ages for years! I'm a technology savvy person when it comes to gadgets but I barely know anything when it comes to Social Media. I don't know if it's something to be embarrassed about; all I know is that I have to do something about it pronto! It's not like I could learn everything over the night but I should start exploring and opening my mind more to the continuously evolving world. After all, the only thing constant is change. It's a dog eat dog world. It's either you sink or swim. And if you can't swim at least get a life jacket or a raft. And I choose not to drown.

She's All That
A few moths ago I met an amazing person by the name of Cialenga Mallari. Yani as we fondly call her maybe just another ordinary girl but she's got an extraordinary love and passion for things that makes her happy like singing, surfing the net and playing with her nephews most especially. She's the kind of person that you can talk to about anything under the sun. From mushy stuff to work related issues to politics. She hates everything that is evil especially corruption. In fact, until now she is still contemplating on who to vote in the 2010 Presidential elections. She maybe strong-willed, independent and decisive but just like all of us she still needs someone who will love her truly and care for her deeply. It has been sometime since she last fell in love. As her friend I hope that she finds "The One" soon. Because if there's one person who deserves to be love, that's Yani.
